Project Vision

Rayzor Ranch is a planned mixed-use development on 400 acres of prime North Texas real estate

The project is a true mixed-use development with retail, residential, office, medical, culture, hotel, and entertainment uses oriented into one cohesive, pedestrian friendly urban village. The design will feature traditional Texas Heritage architecture with hard edge building set into streets oriented onto a Main Street. The building will be connected via wide, heavily landscaped sidewalks and pedestrian linkages set around a grand central park.
