Project Vision

Rayzor Ranch is a planned $850 million dollar mixed-use development on 400 acres of prime North Texas real estate. The site is the former Rayzor family Hillview Ranch which features a hill with a commanding view of what will become the largest, super-regional development between Dallas and Oklahoma City.

The project is a true mixed-use development with retail, residential, office, medical, cultural, hotel, and entertainment uses oriented into one cohesive, pedestrian friendly urban village. The design will feature traditional Texas Heritage architecture with hard edge buildings set into streets oriented into an urban grid. The buildings will be connected via wide, heavily landscaped side walks and pedestrian linkages set around a grand central park.
