Rayzor Ranch Town Center will feature over one million square feet of retail in an open-air town center format, designed as an urban village with a grid street system to replicate the great streets and avenues of our time. The center will feature fashion department stores Dillard's, JC Penny and Belk, specialty retailers, multi-plex entertainment, a hotel, local, regional and national restaurants and an outdoor amphitheater all seamlessly connected by pedestrian walkways and pocket parks.
