Charles D. Properties developed by Mr. Ames are consistently noted for their innovation and exceptional attention to detail. Under his leadership, the company has developed, built, managed and leased more than $1 billion in real estate in numerous states including Colorado, Florida, North Carolina and Texas.
C. Joseph Gampper, President
C. Joseph Gampper has over twenty-five years of progressive real estate experience focused on value enhancement, leasing, development, asset management, acquisitions and disposition work. Prior to joining Allegiance, Mr. Gampper was Senior Vice President at Amerishop Real Estate for eleven years where he oversaw leasing, development, redevelopment and an extensive portfolio of national commercial projects. His experience in the commercial real estate area includes Senior Management positions for private, public and institutional owners.
Luanne Smith, President of Residential Development
Luanne Smith has over 25 years of experience in the management and operations of luxury multi-family residences throughout the Southern United States. Ms. Smith has been responsible for the management of more than 7,500 Class A+ units during her career and is talented in many facets of financial/sales reporting, training, construction, due diligence and feasibility. Her skills are best highlighted, however, by her sales and marketing abilities and the success she has achieved in the numerous projects she has developed throughout her career.
Kurt D. Goll, Vice President of Residential Development
Kurt D. Goll brings 14 years of multi-family experience to Allegiance Development. As a former architect, Mr. Goll contributes the unique ability to blend both his design and construction expertise into a development.project. His career began at the Oglesby Group in Dallas. It was there that he met Charles Ames and began a successful 15 year relationship of Architect/Developer that has served both well. He has been the architect of record for over 500 million dollars of completed projects during his career. Mr. Goll’s involvement begins at the earliest stages of development and carries through to the final stages of delivering completed projects to the marketplace.
Glenn Fuhrman, Vice President of Commercial Development
Glenn Fuhrman has over 25 years of experience in office, retail and healthcare projects. Most recently, Glenn was responsible for a $150 million redevelopment of Memorial City Mall and the surrounding retail/restaurant development in Houston, Texas. Glenn also managed the design and construction of a 22 level, 740,000 square foot office tower for the nationally renowned M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. A licensed architect, he holds a bachelor and masters degree in Architecture from Texas A&M and an MBA in Finance and Management from University of Houston.
Angella W. Gregory, General Counsel
Angella W. Gregory serves as General Counsel and has been practicing law in the area of commercial real estate and business transactions since graduating from law school in 1987. Ms. Gregory’s practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of real property, commercial development, commercial leasing transactions and real estate lending transactions. Ms. Gregory is an active member of the Dallas Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. |
