The Continuing Care Retirement Center is being developed in partnership with SG Development in connection with Stonegate Senior Care in Lewisville, Texas. The upscale complex will showcase a wellness / rehabilitation center that will compliment a 68 bed skilled nursing home, 24 bed memory care unit and 36 apartments of assisted living. These architectural elements will be designed around a town square that will become the focal point of phase one.
