The upscale complex will showcase a wellness/rehabilitation center that will compliment a 68 bed skilled nursing home, 24 bed memory care unit and 36 apartments of assisted living. These architectural elements will be designed around a town square that will become the focal point of the Continuing Care Retirement Center community.
